The following quote from Barbara Bush says it all, “I sat next to her once, thought she was beautiful, and I think she’s very happy in Alaska. And I hope she’ll stay there.” My Great Aunt Julia, an Old School Virginian to her last breath, great benediction about others was “they are not only common but quite ordinary.” Great Aunt Julia would approve. Sarah Palin is great eye candy, but unfortunately she is a mile wide and an inch deep.
Added November 26, 2010, Ms. Palin has attempted to take on both Ms. Obama and Ms. Bush. She feels that Ms. Obama’s anti-obesity campaign is wrong that it smacks of government intrusion into the lives of parents. Attention Ms. Palin, have you noticed that Americans are becoming fat, and that obesity is a serious problem among our kids. Here a kicker for Ms. Palin, believe it or not it is a national security issue. You also tries to be dismissive of Barbara Bush, calling her a blue blood. Here is what she said:
“I don’t want to sort of concede that we have to get used to this kind of thing, because I don’t think the majority of Americans want to put up with the blue-bloods.
“And I say it with all due respect, because I love the Bushes, but the blue bloods who want to pick and chose their winners instead of allowing competition to pick and choose the winners. I don’t know if that kind of stuff is planned out but it is what it is, we deal with it, and as I say we forge ahead and we keep doing what we’re doing.”
Well Ms. Palin, I am going to let you in on a secret, Ms. Bush and others of the so called elites, are merely saying what others are thinking, you need to go back to Alaska and stay there; you are not ready for prime time. Take the hint and save yourself the embarrassment.
